Order Processing Once an order has been successfully placed, preparation and fulfillment typically begin within 5 business days. After the package has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, and local delivery services.
Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or other logistical circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number on international parcel tracking platforms to monitor the progress and delivery status of your shipment.
Shipping Fees A flat shipping fee of $2.99 USD is applied to eligible orders. In certain situations, shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier requirements, or special logistical arrangements.
Shipping Destinations Shipping services are available to most countries and regions worldwide. If delivery cannot be completed to a specific destination, you will be notified promptly. Address Changes If you need to update the shipping address after placing an order, the request must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order was placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing, and modifications may no longer be possible.
Shipping to a Different Billing Address Orders can be shipped to an address that is different from the billing address associated with the payment method. Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are accurate and complete to prevent potential shipping delays.
Shipping Methods and Fulfillment Orders are processed and dispatched during regular business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays generally begin processing on the next business day. Products may be shipped from fulfillment facilities in Hong Kong or from international partner logistics centers, depending on inventory availability.
